I am a Full Professor with a titular appointment at the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb, a Clinical Nutritionist at the Department of Clinical Nutrition, University Hospital Centre Zagreb, and Director of Vitaminoteka, a consulting company specializing in nutrition.

I teach dietotherapy and clinical nutrition at both the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology and the School of Medicine at the University of Zagreb. In addition, I collaborate on various national and international scientific and public health projects, and I am the author of numerous scholarly and professional papers, books, textbooks, and manuals.
