Baby massage course

The course is intended for parents and babies from the 8th week to the crawling stage.

Massage techniques are adopted during 4 sessions – once a week for 90 minutes.

Parents with babies adopt massage movements in such a way that the leader points to the doll, and the parent adopts the massage with his baby, directly massaging it according to the leader’s instructions.

At each meeting, a massage routine for a different part of the body is adopted:

  • foot massage with reflexology

  • tummy massage with a massage routine to relieve infant colic

  • chest and arm massage

  • face and back massage

Along with the adoption of massage techniques, parents have the opportunity to hear about the baby’s development and basic needs, about adaptation to a new environment, about all the benefits of massage and tactile stimulation, about bonding parenting and the importance of developing a secure attachment for her entire life.

There will be time to share the experience, the ups and downs of motherhood in a small supportive group of parents and babies.

The baby massage course also strengthens the role of parents who feel comfortable being in groups because then they know that they are not alone on the path to parenthood, but that they are surrounded by love and support.

At the course parents learn the entire massage technique so that they can massage their baby every day at home, at a time that best suits their baby and them.

The massage course for babies can be attended individually.

Developmental shiatsu

Shiatsu therapy for babies offers comprehensive support for growth and development. It works on a physical, emotional and sensory level, encouraging internal energy regulation and maturation of the nervous system. In particular, it acts on the three primary sensory systems crucial for the early stage of development – tactile, proprioceptive and vestibular. In addition to helping relaxation and reducing the level of stress hormones in the blood, shiatsu supports the achievement of developmental milestones and promotes bonding between parent and child. Shiatsu is especially recommended for babies born by caesarean section and premature babies, but also for all babies without any developmental challenges. Because of its deep pressure, it is also called proprioceptive training.

Along with the deep pressure technique, parents will also learn some acupressure points that can help with different conditions.

The developmental shiatsu course is intended for parents and babies from the 6th week of life to the crawling stage.

Parents adopt the techniques of developmental shiatsu during 3 meetings lasting 90 minutes.

This is a body work technique that combines modern, Western science of child development and traditional Eastern wisdom through shiatsu.

Parents adopt the technique in such a way that the leader points to the doll, and the parent works with his baby, directly massaging it according to the leader’s instructions.

All you need is light, comfortable clothes for the baby and no oils are used during education.

The course can also be organized individually.

Massage routine forrelief of infant colic

Infant colic is one of the most common complaints of infants. Babies are born with an immature digestive system and are faced with digesting food for the first time after birth. Breast milk, although easily digestible, can often cause discomfort. Our tips and techniques can help ease discomfort and stimulate digestion, giving your baby more comfort and relief.

Our goal is for parents to adopt a massage routine that eases infant colic and stimulates digestion and the development of the digestive system.

The workshop lasts one hour.
