I am a Bachelor of Nursing. Many years of work in community health care and my personal experience with breastfeeding encouraged me to pursue additional education on breastfeeding. Eight years ago, I became an internationally recognized lactation consultant (IBCLC – International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), thus gaining the highest level of education for healthcare professionals on human lactation and breastfeeding.

I am proud to be a lecturer at the International Course Category 1 “Contemporary Knowledge on Lactation and Breastfeeding”, which is held at the Faculty of Medicine in Split, where candidates from Croatia and the region prepare for the IBCLC lactation consultant exam.

I also selflessly share my knowledge with students of the Health Polytechnic as a mentor in the nursing program, in the Natural Nutrition course.

At the Salvea Polyclinic, I am available to all parents who have already faced the challenges of breastfeeding, as well as to those parents who want to prepare for the wonderful period of getting to know their newborn and provide them with the best – breast milk.
