In otorhinolaryngology, my narrowest area of interest is acute and chronic ear diseases, early detection and treatment of hearing loss and deafness, difficulty breathing through the nose, diseases of the tonsils and enlarged adenoids as well as hoarseness and communication difficulties in children. My love for children’s otorhinolaryngology developed through spending years in clinical practice with children of all ages, from the earliest to the adolescent age. Considering that the otorhinolaryngological examination – which is needed in order to see the ears, nose and throat of the child and make an accurate diagnosis – can sometimes be demanding for both the child and the parent, I especially advocate that the approach to the child be painless and friendly. I am always available to parents for any question and additional clarification of any otorhinolaryngological problem.
